Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, typically between 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver orders. Carrier selection will be based on your location and the best available option at the time of shipment.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. International Shipping
Currently, KetoReadyMax ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Damages
KetoReadyMax is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds. If you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@ketoreadymax.com.
